From the A30
Leave the A30 at Innis Downs roundabout heading left to St Austell on
the A391. Pass through Bugle and uphill to Stenalees. At the roundabout
at the top of the hill go straight across onto the B3274, ignoring the
signs for St Austell. Follow this road to the town centre which is reached
as the road curves sharp right downhill. Ignore the entrance to the main
street on the left (it is gated) and take the next left. At the mini-roundabout
turn right downhill to the triple roundabout by McDonalds and the Texaco
garage and head straight across onto the B3273, signed to Mevagissey and passing McDonalds on your
left.

From Truro or Plymouth directions
Head towards St Austell on the A390 and stay on the by-pass until
you meet a triple roundabout with signs for Mevagissey and the B3273.
There is a McDonalds and Texaco garage by the junction. Head South to
Mevagissey.

To Boswinger from the B3273
Continue through London Apprentice and Pentewan keeping on the main road. After leaving Pentewan the road winds up hill to a crossroads. Take a right turn signpost Gorran and Portmellon (avoiding
weight restriction). Continue on this road, passing the Lost Gardens of Heligan until you reach Gorran Highlanes. Take a right fork, following the signs to "Seaview International". Take a right turn at the T-junction. When you reach Sea View International turn left and follow the road downhill. We are on your left just after the roan bends right. Park on the left before the driveway and the entrance is on the far side of the house.
